This is very similar floor plan as my Springdale 282bh. We love ours except I will say this. As our kids have gotten bigger we wish we had bought a floor plan that has a separate bunkhouse with an actual door. The bunk curtain makes it hard to watch movies while our kids sleep as the noise and light keeps them up. We are looking into getting a bunkhouse with an actual bunk room so the kids can have their own space.

We love the openness of the layout. Even on rainy bays it feels fine with everyone inside.

Good luck shopping!!

If you are buying for the long haul, remember that kids grow and their needs change quicker than you think.
If a separate bunk areas for kids is what you want, one with a real door is the way to go.
We have a door for our bed room and so do the kids. Another important thing to consider is adequate storage in the bunk room for clothing, etc.
The third thing is to make sure your tow vehicle can really handle the tongue weight (payload) and length of whatever you decide.
Good luck
