Another Eaz-Lift question

I recently purchased the 14,000 lb Elite WDH. The two large bolts and nuts that are used with the hitch and ball mount....I am unable to get the nuts to go on the bolts no more than about 3/4" of an inch. I have put the bolt heads in a vise and with a wrench I still cannot get them to go further on the bolt. Any suggestions?

I have sent Camco an email.

Either replace them with identical bolts or run a die down as far as it is threaded.
