While your spending money my last house I had septic problems and had to have new . While they were doing it I had a "T" installed before the tank so I had a dump station at home. The inspector said no so it was installed after he left. A friend did the same with city sewer. You would be suprised how many friends ask to use your little station.

Yup, just install a sewer dump at home and the neighbors always seem to want to give you crap LOL

If you say that your going to use it as a "dump station" then you will most likely need a non potable water supply, a containment basin, etc. I would suggest anyone pursuing this wonderful addition to have the 4" pipe capped and refer to it as a "sewer line clean out".
