Greetings from VA!

Hi all!

Been reading on here a lot for the last month to gain valuable knowledge and insight but my wife and I took the plunge and look forward to spending a lot of time with our 1 year old daughter traveling the country and seeing everything it has to offer!

We are pulling a new 2018 Hideout 28RKS with a 2018 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali (Duramax Diesel and Allison Transmission).

Based on the excellent posts and contributions here I have already started making some small upgrades to the trailer since it is definitely in my nature to tinker.

Looking forward to a lot of good discussions here!

We have already been tempted by some fifth wheels and haven't even spent a night in our Hideout yet haha. I have already researched getting the Reese Under-the-bed rails and a hitch down the road. The 2500 HD will limit me though pretty badly due to the low payload.
