Honey Wagon?

My wife got a campground without sewer connection and we are there for a week. The manager said they have 3 honey wagons. Do I need anything special to dump into a honey wagon? I have a Rhino hose if that matters.

When we did our cross country trip in ‘09 we stayed at a private campground in Conn. they sent the honey wagon around twice a week. I asked and they said I didn’t have to do anything special.

I would hope that if they are offering this service to rvers that they would have everything nnecessary to connect to any rv. Unlhess you've done something out of the ordinary to your sewer connection you should be good.

Just make sure they only open one gate valve at a time! Black first, then galley (if you have one), then grey. sounds real simple , but I had one operator in CA that pulled all the handles at once before I could stop him and the back water rushed into the grey tanks it was a big mess.

You should be fine. Quite a bit of private campgrounds offer this service for a fee. They hook up just like you would normally do when dumping, but they are vacuum powered to suck everything out.
