Ceiling LED lights

I just purchase a 2015 Bullet premier 22ft. in the kitchen it has circular light covers for the LED fixture. I was wondering how to remove it without breaking anything. I would like to remove the circular cap to access and check under the lights in one of them to possibly use it for a 12 volt source.
Secondly, is it possible to get from Keystone the electrical diagrams of the complete electrical system? Who do you ask or where to look?

Thanks,
Larry

Here is where a picture would help - our ceiling lights are about 4" or 4 1/2" in diameter and are dome shaped. The lens unscrews. Underneath the lens you'll find the metal base with screws.

Thanks Jack, I will let your know tomorrow if it worked out, makes sense. I'm glad I didn't try to pull it off.

OK... I could not wait. Went and gave it a twist and it came right off. I will be able to undo the screws and see what I can find for wire in there.
Thanks again.

You are most welcome - glad it helped
BTW - in answer to your 2nd question, there have been several discussions on here about wiring and plumbing schematics and they just don't exist.

Those are the LED puck lights; I have the same ones in mine. The plastic dome lens just twists about a 1/4 turn and then it should fall off. It has a few "lips" that grab onto 3 metal flanges that are equally spaced around the metal frame. The metal frame is attached to the ceiling by a few screws that you will see one the plastic dome cover comes off.

As others have said, you will not get any electrical diagrams from Keystone. That's a no dice.

Thanks Gegrad,
funny how you are left completely on your own to find out where everything is.
Cheers!
