2002 Keystone Cabana 1950 Hybrid

I am considering the purchase of a decent used 2002 Cabana 1950 hybrid. Had a good look today at the unit and it appears to be sound and well maintained. Before I decide to do a thorough pre-purchase inspection, are there any known issues with this model that I should look for?

I am a mechanic by trade and presently have both a tent trailer and an old GMC FWD motorhome. This Cabana hybrid will eventually become our country cottage on a remote piece of land, but will be used for the next 2-3 years as our main travel accomodations while I do a restore of my GMC.

Thanks,
Les Burt
