Southwest of Delta, crossroad 25 Mesa RD and Devide RD, Uncompagre National Forst, new campground, dry camp, fire ring only, ride out of camp, ton of trails.

Or, Mancos, north on RD 42 past Mancos State Park bout 5-6 miles to Transfer Campground in national forest, dry camp, ride out of camp nice trails.

My favorite, South Fork, west of South Fork on HWY 160 7-8 miles to mm 179, go left or south onto RD 380 (Demijohn RD),go 3-4 miles to camp areas. Several small spots and 4-5 large meadows near a creek. Gets real tight after about 7-8 miles in. We have had 22 large toyhaulers in the first large meadow. Ride out of camp. Dry camp. We get water and dump at the Rainbow Grocery and RV park in South Fork. Hope this helps you out.

I am not a ATVer, but I think 'Arch View' outside of Moab would fit the bill. Love Moab. Lots of jeep/atv/motorcycle trails.

atv trails and campgrounds

In Utah at Moab you can check out Dead Horse Point. Horsethief campground is a dry camp but you can ride in/out for many trails. This is one of our favorite spots. It is managed by BLM. Also check out Piute trail system,

Marysvale Utah. Right on the Piute trail system. Great riding. There are a couple of RV parks there that you can ride out of.
Manti Utah. RV park you can ride out of also. Can ride to skyline drive from there. Tons on trails.
Just a couple of examples.
