Splendide washer shake

As a new RV owner, I purchased a stackable splendide washer and dryer. Not a combo. The washer shakes incredibly bad even on slower spin options. I’m trying to understand how usual the shaking should be. It shakes the entire 5th wheel incredibly! In this normal and should I expect this level of shaking or should I put in a maintenance request for review?

It may be the way your loading the clothes. Have you ran it empty to see if it still shakes?

Can’t answer about the stackable but I have the washer n dryer same brand only separate. The washer doesn’t shake much at all.

We've tried with small loads, low speed, and nothing seems to fix it. However, we now have a new issue related to an error code preventing the washer from working all together. I'm hoping the two are related, but wanted to have an understanding as to much people find their entire RV shaking even with small loads and low spin speeds (we have a 42 footer and levelers are raised on blocks and tires off the ground so it seems like it shouldn't be this bad).

Ours shakes the RV but not like you describe. We also just have our trailer set up on our levelers when it's in use not suspended as yours sounds to be.

A washer and dryer in a house shakes and sometimes quite a lot...but ours is on a concrete foundation which is a big difference from a RV sitting on a flexy suspension. Bottom line you can feel the washer on spin cycle all over the trailer but it's expected and not excessive. It WILL get bad if the contents aren't evenly distributed requiring us to open it and redistribute.

You could have what we in the turbo machinery world call a “soft foot”. First check that all the feet are down and contacting the floor. If you can get a wrench to go on the adjusting nut try to determine if they all have the same amount of tension on the foot. Then put a level on the sides and on the top of the machine. Compare that to the level of the floor near the machine.
Get back to us.
