The electrical panel is probably going to be somewhere in the kitchen cabinetry. The AC is going to be on a dedicated 20A breaker. Nothing else is associated with it, outlets, GFCI, etc. Turn the AC breaker off and then back on.
It also needs 12VDC for the control, so turn the power off to the converter and check all of the DC fuses. If your's is like almost every other Keystone, nothing is going to be labeled so just take them out one at a time to check them.
If all of that looks OK, then it's probably a trip to the dealer.
