Unhappy AC issues

My husband and I are new to RVing. We purchased a 2005 Keystone Sprinter travel trailer 299RLS from an individual. Everything was running properly prior to purchase. We moved it to park then moved in a few days later. When we plugged in to power outlet, the AC started up. We did not know it was in the on position nor did we know to check it first and turn it off. We left it running to cool the inside off and went to store. When we returned, the AC was off and hot inside (100 + degrees outside in AZ). We can't get it running again. Everything else electrical works. We checked the reset switch in bathroom and it was not tripped.
Where is the electrical panel box located ? I bought a portable swamp cooler to help cool things down but would love my AC working again.

The electrical panel is probably going to be somewhere in the kitchen cabinetry. The AC is going to be on a dedicated 20A breaker. Nothing else is associated with it, outlets, GFCI, etc. Turn the AC breaker off and then back on.

It also needs 12VDC for the control, so turn the power off to the converter and check all of the DC fuses. If your's is like almost every other Keystone, nothing is going to be labeled so just take them out one at a time to check them.
If all of that looks OK, then it's probably a trip to the dealer.

Re: AC

Where would the converter be located. I've got owner's manual but it doesn't tell locations.

The converter is contained in the enclosure where the circuit breakers are located. The C/B side is AC, there is a circuit breaker marked converter or maybe Gen and that feeds the converter. It should all be visible by dropping a flip-down door. The distribution panel is visible somewhere close to the kitchen. I think a PDI and walk through might have been beneficial.

Just curious if the fan works or not. Is the fan running and not the AC compressor or is nothing at all running?

By the way, welcome to the forum.

Have you located the panel? On my last 2 trailers it was close to where your electric cord is so just look inside where the cord comes out of the trailer.
