W. Yellowstone to Glacier in one day?

I booked Yellowstone for three days and plan to travel to Glacier stay for another three days. Do I need to put in a overnight between these two parks? It looks doable but if it’s all mountainous and curvy it could be a very long day. Has anyone made this trip?

I have made this trip and it did seem to be significant although I did it in one day. The kids were little and slept mostly. I can't tell you how long it took after all these years but I do remember leaving early and getting there while it was still light. It was around July I think.

Safe travels...

DW says that when we made the trip it took about 9 hours and we were towing a 40' Raptor. I don't remember the trip being particularly good or bad. We were going the opposite way, but if I don't remember it much then how bad can it have been? Just leave early (and no, 9:00 is not early)
