When I bought my 202rd new in 2020 it had the hi-spec tires on it. Also the 4 corners had to have the sealant touched up in the 2nd year of ownership. It makes since because they see the most flex as you are driving down the road.

We went with a 220RD over a 202 because the "dining" area was too small. 6' 200+ lb guy sitting around the table at the far end didn't work. That's my one knock on a 202. Sit on the pot, make sure you have room to maneuver. The Jayco 212 we are getting is shorter than the 220RD but has double the space between the pot and the shower pan. It's the little things that will make you crazy.

Thanks,
I saw the limitations of the bathroom setup (BTW, is there supposed to be a toilet paper holder, I didn't see one on the walkthrough, but the kids weren't that concerned). I noted the smaller "tub" on the shower (you'll like the one in the 212qb), and they both took turns sitting on the "throne" and shutting the door. They were fine with it. There is just the two of them and the dogs (smaller ones), so they seem good with it. Time will tell

With the thin walls I would never mount a TP holder to the wall, we have a free standing on for that reason, I’ve seen plenty pulled out.

Same. Our floor standing tp holder has room for 2 or 3 spare rolls, as well as a small shelf on top for phone. Had it for several seasons now.
Like this below but ours is nickel or chrome

Springdale
Currently have a 2018 - 2020QB, Springdale & absolutely like it. Only improvement I've made is insulating all the storage areas. Along with changing the fresh water drain so it doesn't have a chance of "catching" on some of the trails - roads I tend to go on. For a unit of this price point I've found it to be satisfactorily built with only minor fit & finish issues. Yes I did buy this used at the end of 2021, but it has given me less issues than my 2016 X-Lite 5er that I bought new. But as mentioned everything is a crapshoot. I purposely sought out this model for the rear dinette. Just do a thorough ck-out. & roll the dice.
