Outlet issue

I have a 2021 Arcadia 3660rl. With external power everything works and all the electrical outlets, but in battery the outlets do not work. Is there something I am missing?

Unless you have a large inverter, which changes 12 volts DC to 120 volts AC, your outlets will only work when connected to shore power. 12 volts DC is produced by the converter, which is powered by 120 volts AC and makes 12 volts DC to charge the batteries and operate your 12 volt DC systems and lights.
