340BH Furnace

Is there any way to adjust the furnace airflow? All the heat dumps into Bunk Room.

You might be able to divert some of the air flow with an adjustable or dampened floor register. You would need to know what size they are and look up on-line. Replacement RV floor registers - dampened.
