I'm not familiar with your particular trailer, but the only places I've seen a water heater bypass valve is either on the outside compartment panel where the water connections are, or at the back of the water heater itself.
If it's not at the panel, locate the outside water heater door, then go inside in that same area and find the styrafoam-wrapped back of the water heater. It may be in the cabinet under the kitchen sink or another cabinet. If the bypass valve is located there, it may or may not be marked "bypass." It may just be a white plastic valve that you rotate to cut off the water supply.
