Broken AC Alternatives
Good Morning everyone. Looking for some advice. The bedroom AC in our 2021Raptor 429 has quite working. Thankfully we got it in under the warranty. Sadly we have been waiting for a replacement for 5 months and still no replacement in site. Dealer says they have to wait on Keystone to send replacement. Keystone says they cannot send replacement because AC manufacture has them on back order.
I ask them how are they spitting out new units if they dont have any but they could not answer that question.
Anyone have this sort of problem before?
