I'm getting to the point I dread doing anything with it. The other day when I was trying to use auto level it started raising the tires off the ground and I could see the landing gear taking a lean towards the rear of the camper so I stopped it and reset everything. Using manual level there was a loud "bang" and the entire camper shifted significantly.
I couldn't initially see anything that might have caused this. Later I noticed the shackles on the rear axle are not pointing the right direction.
I'm dreading raising the levelers and having to go through that violence again.
Then yesterday I finished restocking and cleaning the inside of the camper and decided to pull in the slides to reduce the amount of space being cooled by the air conditioner. As the living room slide was just snugging up and the motor was just starting to load up there was a very loud "bang" from one end of the slide.
The cables appear to all be under tension and I can't find anything on the outside that is amiss.
I'm dreading what I may find when I try to run that slide back out. Before I do, I figure I better have a spare cable on hand in case a popping cable was the source of the noise.
I think there are eight cables on a slide, upper/lower, left/right and in/out. Are they identical? In other words, will one spare cable fit in any position?
