It doesn't matter what kind of hitch you have, when you add 2000-3000 pounds of payload in the bed of your truck, you ARE going to have a rougher ride.

My only experience is with the Goosebox but it sure is smooth/quiet. Took a few tries to hook up while I got used to the in bed camera but now it's a piece of cake. The only complaint I have is the need to air up every time (difficult to disconnect when it has 45-50psi in it so I release the air). Not that big of a deal since I carry a compressor with me but it's the one thing I can't reach without climbing into the bed of the truck.
