2021 Cougar 22rbs interior lights

I'd like to change the interior lights to something less bright. Can't for the life of me figure out how to get the covers off. Tried to twist counter clockwise but either they are real tight or that's not it. Suggestions?

They are really tight. Use a jar opening gripper on your turning hand to help. Turn a couple of inches counter clockwise and it should come off. Maybe tap the edges some to help. Pretty much like opening a stubborn jar!

President Eisenhower signed the interstate highway bill in 1956. I think there's been 2 potholes repaired since. When I was in grade school I 695 beltway around Baltimore was being built. It still is being worked on. I think at least 2 generations of construction workers have retired working on the project. It's a nationwide problem that most people can rightly proclaim the worst roads in the country are in ______ (insert your state).
