12 v lights not working

I have a 2021 24 rds cougar and my bedroom, ceiling and awning lights are not working. The batteries are brand new ( bathroom lights work ok)
Any idea what could be creating this issues?

Have you looked at the fuse panel? If one is blown there should be a red light. Sometimes they have loose connections as well. Does the furnace come on?

All 3 are controlled yet the ceiling and bedroom are a switch also which lights up blue on the switch.
Yes
Awning you need the iN·Command

Ok, if the bedroom lights are not controlled by in command, I would first remove the switch and test for 12V. If you don’t have 12VDC then it’s time to check that all fuses are good using a meter.

The bedroom lights are either by iN·Command or a switch.
There’s power to the bedroom and ceiling light switch though.
The relays click when we try the light switches…..checked the relays and they’re good.

Ok. Try removing the light fixtures, and look for metal shavings and/or loose connections.

When we check the in command in the cubby with the meter, the right side shows power but the left side doesn’t?

I haven’t had very much exposure to in command, member Chuck S is in my opinion the guru. Hopefully he sees this.

"Came on dimly and flickered for a bit" - I'm assuming we're talking about only the lights you originally mentioned??

If it was all lights it sure sounds like a battery issue. If not it sounds like a connection issue - probably loose...unless you smell something. In this case a VOM is your friend. Have you used a meter on any of these fixtures to see what you actually have?

Yes only the lights ( bathroom light is fine which is also battery’s)
Ceiling light there was no voltage ( the switch to it had voltage)

Go at it one at a time. The light referenced above is controlled by a physical switch. That switch completes the circuit to the light fixture. You have battery on one side of the switch. You can take the meter and read each side to ground and make sure the load side shows battery when then switch is operated and none when it's turned off. You can also disconnect the switch from the wires, put the meter on each post of the switch, read resistance (ohms) and turn the switch off and on - you should see the meter showing infinity (0) and then completing the circuit (very low ohm reading).

If the switch is OK go to the light. Do you have the 12vdc coming to it when you turn the switch on? If yes it's either the fixture or the ground. If not there's something in the wiring between the switch and the fixture.

The switch shows ok
The light shows zero
Thanks !

Start at the light closest to the switch. Remove it from the ceiling and test the connections using a meter. If you have power to the fixture, look in the top of it for any metal shavings.

My go-to first guess for this mystery stuff is always mice. Especially the flickering symptom... a couple of strands on the chewed cable ends vibrated back together, then burnt themselves out again.
