Frozen pipes

Hey I'm here in nerbraska. There was a winter storm here and it blew the tape off of the skirting that I have and since its wet I can't get it to stick back. To keep it brief my pipes are frozen. My question isn't how to prevent but what should I be doing now that it's frozen. Should I disconnect from my water lines? I also considered putting hot water in my fresh tank and then trying to use that to thaw out my pipes but wasn't sure if the pressure would be more of an issue. Any advice is helpful thanks. Any advice after the thaw would also be appreciated.

Are you able to get the trailer warm? If you can, turn on the furnace, then open all the cupboard doors where the pipes are and let the warm air work it's magic. If you have shore power some electric heaters inside will help as well. Electric heaters under the rig will help thaw those pipes not inside the warm trailer. I'd recommend let the thaw work slowly and hopefully nothing leaks.
I'd also suggest some heat tape for your incoming water line if you don't already use it.

Just how cold, tape is wet? If tape is wet must be warmer than freezing. Where are pipes frozen, incoming water line, or in the belly?

What trailer year, and model? Is the belly heated?

The trailer is a 2021 cougar 27sgs. The heater pointing in the cabinets worked for the bathroom sink and the shower. So the water is running now, but still frozen in the kitchen. The belly is covered in vinyl with drain ports exposed. The waste tank and the fresh water tanks are both heated. The tape is wet because of the snow and the wind is about a constant 20mph right now. So it's not that the tape isnt adhesive at all, but not enough to support the weight of the skirt and the constant wind

We are hooked up with city water with a freeze ban hose that has not froze yet. I considered putting water into fresh water tank and then running that but I wasnt sure about using a water pump with frozen pipes. My thought is that it would create more pressure and cause more damage, but I don't know if this is true or not.

I would suggest covering the low point drains, we secured a faucet cover over ours.

Run your furnace to heat the belly! Your sink is in the middle of the trailer, so keeping the belly above freezing will solve your issue.

I was able to get my tape to stick on a cold snowy using a hair dryer to heat up a section at a time as I was applying the tape. Making sure the side was dry and warm

You have not said if you're running your propane furnace. This is what keeps the belly of your camper from freezing.
