Can't help you with the socket size, but
If you'd go to the "user CP" in the header bar, drop down to "edit signature", list the year, make & model of your rv & tow vehicle, drop down to "save changes" it would very helpful with any future questions.

Some slides use a 3/4" socket, some have a round, slotted fitting, some use a 1/4" flex drive and some use a different type of drive tool.

I am a motorcycle mechanic and don't have SAE tools for the most part. I used a 25mm socket on the big nut welded to the end of my shaft on a geared rack/pinion slide. I recall as it was only two weeks ago or so and it took me almost two hours to crank in my slide. I also had to slightly lift my super slide a tad to get it going and once it was in a little, the cribbing fell off the jack and it was smooth sailing for almost two hours of cranking. Wear eye protection to keep grit out of your eyes. Some campers have a hole in the side adjacent to the cranking nut and an extension can be used. My camper doesn't and doesn't have enough room to use a drill even with a wobble extension.

IIRC 25 mm is close to 15/16".

FYI, 3/4 and 19 mm are the same, so is 1/2 and 13 mm, along with 5/16 and 8mm.

11mm is the same size as an SAE size (memory issues preclude a precise answer).

Well I disagree, it is larger than 3/8 and smaller than 7/16, nothing crosses as far as I know, at least not without a hammer.

What really screws me up is you never know on USA stuff if it is metric or SAE. AND then there is the British stuff

If you were are husky, rotund, chubby, well... FAT as I am and had to crawl under a camper's steps to crank that nut on road base with only a piece of cardboard to keep serious scrapes and bruises from my backside and grit falling in my face, you would also remember. I don't recall what I had for breakfast but didn't pick up any bruises or scrapes while drinking my coffee so I can't exactly recall what was on my breakfast plate.

BTW: bought the lube in a thread in that same forum area and sprayed down my gear teeth and such and it worked well. A lot less moaning and groaning as I set the slide out and then back in. It wasn't bad doing this chore under the camper as I was on a concrete pad an only had to slither in under the slide as I wanted to do the lube with the slide fully extended.
