Dometic Duo Therm AC/Furnace help

Hello all! Just wondering if anyone has had any run in's with one of these units? I camped three weeks ago with no issue and then stored the trailer from then until now. I brought it home to load it and get it ready to camp this weekend only to find out that the AC unit is not working. At first the light on the override on the ceiling was on but the remote control and the manual button would not turn it on. I called Dometic and they told me to take the part off of the ceiling and unplug the telephone type wire from it and wait fifteen minutes and plug it back in. Now the light doesn't come on that tells me that the unit is on or anything! I am forced to take it in unless one of you can help me out. Thanks for any help you can give.
