Wishing my fellow camper along the Texas Gulf the best of luck, don`t wish those nasty things on anyone. Been through Camille, Fredrick and Katrina to name a few and wishing ya`ll really good luck, will be praying and thinking of ya`ll.

It's definitely going to be a different type storm. Getting inland then moving very slowly. It'll be dumping tremendous rain. Should be in my neighborhood about Sunday-Monday.
We'll see how Houston gets through it. Unfortunately it won't be good.

We've got 10 acres in Old Ocean that may finally become Gulf front property after this one..... It's supposed to be wetter than Rita so who knows.... Stay safe and as dry as you can !!!

We are in the Austin area. The forecasters are only predicting 10-20" of rain here...
