RPOD 179 tear bottom slide

I have a 2018 179 R-Pod I'm an older woman that camps alone. I kept having water inside one of the jet outs from the dining area which is part of the bottom of the slide and I couldn't figure out why. last week I got down and looked at the very bottom underneath the slide where the rollers are and there's a tear in the rubber that apparently the RV dealer put some kind of material sealant white stuff over that has come off and it's torn there and I think that's where the water's getting in but I don't know how to fix it? by the way I've had horrible horrible problems with the dealer and I know they're not going to admit that they did it. Sounds like the sweeper seal is torn. They aren’t hard to replace, you just need the same profile seal. I would look for an independent repair shop or even a mobile technician. I don’t know what kind of warranty Rpod has but it’s worth an email.
