Leak under bedroom slide when closed

Newbie with 2013 cougar 5th wheel 318SAB. Experiencing water leaking into bedroom floor on one side under bedroom slide only when slide is in - not extended. Found broken gasket on outside underneath on same side as interior leak. Assuming this is culprit? Replace gasket. Thoughts???

For our Hideout 2018 308BHDS we had wet carpet under the bunkhouse slide and it took me forever to figure out it was the window in the slide letting a little bit of water come in. Then down the inside of wall and was making the floor wet under the slide, only when slide was in. I saw tiny cracks in the rubber around the window, so I siliconed it and that stopped it.
