I think you found it! No dimensions posted in your link but I was able to find a similar one that looks like it will work. The search term I needed was "WALLBOX EXTENDER FOR GFCI". I now see that Leviton also makes them but oddly not in black. Just need to paint it black and I'll be good to go.

These were the first ones I bought before I realized that they are too small for the face plates.
