fresh waterdrain

I have a new to me 2010 312fls sprinter. I need to drain the fresh water tank. I've located a white tube under the trailer that I believe is the drain. Does it turn to open or push/pull. Tried Both with No luck, afraid to use to much pressure.

Probably just tight. Use two pairs of pliers, one on the cap and one on the fitting.

The cap should just screw off. remember, turn the cap to the left to remove it. You should also have two low point drains.

jdoug, Howdy;

If it's like mine (see signature), it's a elbow with a
handle to turn 90* to open it. Those things get tight.
I use a pair of pliers and gently exert enough pressure
to get it to move. First one way then the other...
Don't worry, it designed to turn 360*. I leave mine with
the tab pointing to the rear of the trailer.

Good luck.
