Flapping underbelly, 2014 cougar 21 rbs

Fixing a few small items after getting trailer home from dealer, looked to
me like underbelly didn't have enough fasteners. I mounted a remote camera
& went for a short drive, sure enough the underbelly starts flopping a bunch
at about 30 mph. Question is how best to secure it, don't want to drill holes
& install more screws in the wrong places, thinking about some type of
crosspieces below the fabric. Another example of Keystone " attention to
detail " Help!
