Is there an "Official Cooking Thread"?

I'm a relative newbie here, so forgive me if there is one that I didn't find.
For me, outdoor cooking is one of my favorite parts of camping.
Currently, my camp cooking arsenal includes a modified 22" Weber kettle, Blackstone Tailgater and a Coleman stove not to mention all the forks, baskets, pie irons, etc. for campfire cooking.

I know I would enjoy a thread sharing our cookers and recipe ideas.
Anyone else interested?

Here's some homemade Cajun sausages from a couple nights ago.

Your in the correct spot. There isn’t a specific “cooking” forum or thread here. BTW looks delicious!!

Thanks chuckster!
I'll throw a couple more out there.
I'd love to see what everyone else is cooking!
Here are some baby backs from Memorial Day weekend.
We were at a local campground along the Illinois River. Other than being VERY windy all weekend, the weather was great.
The wind increased my cooking time to over 7 hours. I didn't monitor the grill temp, but I'd say it ran about 225* on average.
