I can tell you that fifth wheels haul much better than a bumper pull, empty Toy haulers are very king pin heavy, don’t short change yourself on a tow vehicle.
ANY used trailer needs to be looked at real close. How it was cared for is extremely important. Look real close at the roof and all the seams, check all the appliances and the generator. I’m sure someone will be along with more.

Not a bad floor plan. I like the fact that the head of the bed is on camp side. Easier to check on things if you hear something outside. The 13’ garage is a must on THs. Anything smaller than that is hard to get rid of at times because so many people need a 13’ for 4 seat side by sides. The bathroom in the garage is a concern for some people. I don’t remember the size of it, but I’d make sure you have at least 66” between the bathroom and outside wall. Anything less than that kind of defeats the purpose of the 13’ garage.

I've got a 2015 F250 6.7 SB. which is essentially a mirror image of your truck. It is WOEFULLY INADEQUATE for any fifth wheel with a GVWR greater than around 10 or 11 K. Your payload is probably around 2000-2200 pounds, the pin on that toyhauler is over 3000. Even before you sit in the driver's seat, the truck will be overloaded.

That is nowhere near enough truck for a 17,000# GVWR trailer. You’ll be way over the payload of the truck the minute you drop the pin into it.
