Went from a 2017 srw f350 to a 2019 f350 dually. Both tow level. 3” lower with the dually and no hitch adjustment

That figure includes the height of the Air Conditioners that were factory installed...right?

Never take factory specs as fact for anything relating to safety. Verify yourself.
Next, a height spec does not take into account what your hitched height can or will be.
Your total height may be under or over by a sufficient amount to be un-safe when depending on posted height numbers.
It pays to know your hitched numbers.
