Slide Cable Adjustment Access question

Hi, I have a 2015 Bullet 308bhs. The cables on the outside of the rear slide need adjustment. What is the best way to remove the trim panel above the slide (on the inside, above the beds) to access the cable adjustment mechanism, or can it be done without removing the panel? TIA

Welcome to the forum

If your skinny enough to lay on top of the slide you can do it without removing the facia. The outer layer is brad nailed in place and the “base” layer is held in with squarehead #2 screws.

I use a plastic wedge to gently pry the top layer off, make note of the left and right sides and where they end in the center.

Thanks. Definitely not enough room to get on top of the slide but it seems like the trim should come off pretty easily as you said
