Ouch, watch those welds

Found a piece of weld complete with welding wire right next to the quick cover for the propane grill(bottom of bumper. Needless to say I found it with the tip of my thumb and bled like a stuck pig for a little bit. Sadly when I grabbed it with the pliers the gob of weld just broke right off.

From that picture it looks to me like the number is pulling away from the frame at the bottom weld.

Yeah, damn thing is only a couple years old, we brought it home October 2018. Mightbhave to fire up the welder. I guess they don't believe in primer.
