Work a section at a time. After roof dries get down on your hands and knees and do a good visual inspection of the Dicor sealant and reseal accordingly.
Here is some information on cleaning and maintaining RV Roofs

When we coated our rubber roof, the instructions tell you to use a pressure washer to rinse the cleaner, before applying the seal coat. We used a 1,600 psi pressure washer, so we didn't have to worry about doing damage to the roof. It worked well. It was amazing how good the roof looked when we got finished, and never had a leak problem.

Washing method would depend on the roof material.
If it's a walk on, I wouldn't hesitate using a pressure washer.
If it's a thin "no-walk" top use cleaner and a soft brush, but lay something down to walk on.

This 2 year old thread has nothing to do with car washes but welcome to the forum. What model RV do you have?

It got me thinking I would run my clunker truck through a car wash to see what color it actually is. I haven't washed it since owning.... hmmm great the fella dredged up the idea.
