As others have said, if you have enough battery power. You will also need to level the trailer.
Keep in mind that if you use up most of the battery running the fridge overnight, you may not have much capacity left to provide emergency breaking in the event your trailer separates from the tow vehicle and the emergency brake switch is activated.
As soon as you plug in the trailer to your tow vehicle, the battery will begin charging (somewhat - I'm not sure how much you will get while the tow vehicle is idling) and how long it will take to get a charge adequate for the emergency case I also don't know.
