Old password touch pad panel won't work _ Need next steps _ reset password ?

is it a power problem (panel won't light), a password problem (you forgot the password) or a touchpad problem (the keypad won't respond) or ??????

What is/isn't it doing? Have you tried removing ALL POWER (disconnect the batteries at the cables, not at the disconnect switch) and shore power. Let the trailer sit for about 5 minutes, then reconnect the batteries (remember POS and NEG are correct) and power up the control panel. See if it works.

If not, post more specifics about what it is doing.
