From the price tag on the back of that fixture I would have to say that it is aftermarket and installed by the previous owner. They are not expensive ($8.20
) as you can see. I would find one on line or a RV store with replaceable bulbs so you can choose the color and brightness you want. LEDs have come a long way in the past few years and the difference between "warm white" and "daylight" and colors in between are very noticeable.
