Question How to install a satelite radio antenna?

Hey folks. I had posted this in another section, but it should have probably gone here.

I'm wanting to put a sirius radio docking station in my '10 Laredo 303TG. My problem is getting the antenna outside, preferably on the roof, without running it out the door or windows. Is there anyway without drilling a hole, to get this small wire to the outside? I'd even go down and out to get it to the roof. I know there are wires coming in from the battery to the converter/charger, and I know there is probably a coax cable coming from the winegard antenna on the roof down to the tv area. How do I get to this stuff without tearing up everything?
Suggestions? Diagrams? Wiring Schematics? Anything would be awesome. THANKS!

I am replacing my living room roof vent with a fantastic fan and at that time I will string the XM antenna wire through there and run it to my XM ghetto blaster.
