2014 266RBS Sprinter shower drain leak

I purchased this camper in December of 2013. We really like this camper but I believe it was around March I started seeing some water drops on a tire and just thought nothing of it at the time. As time went on I would notice it more and more. Finally I started looking all over the camper and there is a access panel at the bottom front of the shower. When I looked under the base the drain pipe was loose and the insulation is all wet. I tighten the nut so that stopped the leak. Now I don't know what to do next call a dealer or try and dry it. My warranty is still good but I don't know if it would cover it. Sorry this is so long.
