It’s the gears in the motor. Same thing happened last year on my 2015 bullet.replaced. Motor and all good now. We also had rollers added to the bottom off slide

The gearbox is separate from the motor and is available by itself. But I suppose if you want to buy the complete assembly, it should be available.

Yes you can buy the motor and gear box separately but I bought the motor with gearbox sold as a complete assembly.

Before replacing anything check those adjustment blocks as I described in post 17. It is easy to check and costs nothing.
