I was surprised that the inflation pressure for the Sailun S637 is 110 psi.

110 is max cold pressure they are rated for but you don't have to run that much depending on the weight of your trailer. My toyhauler's actual weight on a CAT scale (fully loaded) is around 14K, I run the Sailuns at 95psi and they work great.
