We recently ordered a set of Adco tire covers from CW -- chose a specific set/design with Velcro fastening straps,
because the wind can be brutal in southern NM & several of our kind neighbors have returned our stray tire covers
at one time or another!
When the order arrived only 3 of 4 tire covers had the Velcro fastening strap... CRUD!!
Called CW customer service,
and quite honestly wasn't sure they'd offer any resolution, but a young lady (Megan) took my name, info & etc, and
said she'd call me back. Hmmm... by now, I was thinking I'd probably have a headache by the time this ordeal was
over and knew returning them in person wasn't a quick/easy option since the closest CW store is over 3 hrs away.
Within 30 minutes, Megan called back... and much to my surprise, "she" had called Adco & handled all the details for
a (free) replacement cover to be sent, and already had the tracking # for the priority shipping.
Hats off to CW (& Megan) and Adco for great customer service!
