Excellent Service at Clear Creek RV
We bought our Alpine 3555RL from Clear Creek RV in Silverdale, Washington. Since the purchase, we have relied on them for for servicing our rig - both warranty and customer-pay.
I just wanted to say publicly that the service we have received, the way we have been treated is first class. From the day we walked onto their lot as prospects everyone in every department at Clear Creek RV has treated us with courtesy, professionalism and a caring attitude.
In our culture it seems we're often all-to-ready to light somebody up if we don't get what we want or think we deserve from them. When we are treated well, maybe we tend to think "he/she was just doing their job." They were, and isn't it nice when you leave feeling good about the way they did it? Maybe if we as customers showed more appreciation, we'd have better experiences. And wouldn't that make all of our lives just a wee bit more pleasant?
