New Cougar 24SABWE !

Drove west of the Rockies to pick up our new 24SABWE since they only make them in Oregon but well worth the trip we love it!

Came from a Geo Pro which were going to sell but this will fit the wife and I just fine! I pull it with a F150 max tow package and a ProPride hitch. Tows like butter!
Couple things we will miss on the Rockwood is the matching keys and keyless door pad which we can add. Also it was so windy on the way home the storage door kept flying open, not sure I like the slam latches for that reason. And will have to get used to a lcd screen to turn things on and off.. yuk...
But overall its a wonderful camper!

Congrats on getting the new RV and a good trip. When you get time check those latch plates on the latches. Mine wanted to come open when I bought this one and had to "fix" them so they would hold well. One was too low and one was bent back.

Welcome from south Georgia and congrats on your purchase. I had the same issue with the latch on the convenience center. Had to adjust it a bit and it's been fine ever since.

Welcome & congrats.
Our 2020 25sabwe now has 36,000 miles. Enjoy yours, & be sure you lube the wheel bearing. Suggest you pull the drums, replace the seal with new ones that have double ridges.
Do a hand pack on bearings.
Use those double rib rather than the OEM's before you use the zerks for a quick lube.
Ours came from the factory single ridged & the seals had leaked into the brakes. Probably lubed with an air powered lube gun.

With new quality double ridge seals the lube works great when using a hand squeeze gun.

Figured the latch could adjust, got a few kinda warm days coming so I'll check that and more out. I'll pull the hubs when it gets warmer to verify! Thanks!

Congrats on the new Camper! Enjoy. us "older timers" .... yea ... modern technology just sucks! I prefer a single button for every item myself. BUT ... times are a-changin'!
