Has anyone been able to get keystone to buy back a unit

We have had nothing but problems with our 2019 Keystone Fuzion 373. Has anyone been able to get Keystone to buy the unit back?
We have structural issues with the support beams in the font and none of the repairs that keystone has approved are fixing the unit. Instead they are just making it worse. We are trying to get Keystone to buy back based on the warranty and they are not being very responsive.

I have not, but ask maybe list your "nothing but problems" items so all on here can understand the problems. Sharing the good and bad helps all on here.

From my understanding, a "buy back" is a last measure of settlement for an RV manufacturer. They will attempt repairs on the coach way before offering to remove it from service. Lemon laws don't apply to the RV world like they do in the automotive world. In certain circumstances, if the manufacturer discovered major structural issues during the warranty period where repair costs would exceed the trade in value, I've read that they may make an honest attempt at offering a buy back. But an owner shouldn't hold their breath.

Case in point: this YT family just bought a very expensive motor home. Two months after taking delivery, a worse case scenario happened. Take a look:

So after watching the video, I wonder what the final outcome was. I will say I’ve personally seen Our dealership and Tiffen, buy back a factory ordered Phaeton XHS ($378,000.00) class A prior to delivery, and for the record there wasn’t any “functionality” issues. I know, I’m the one that PDI’d it. Buybacks are rare, and not a quick process, but they can happen with a good dealer and some give/take on both sides. I cant reveal the details but I can say I PDI’d the “replacement” Phaeton 3 months later, and they are happy.

It can happen, and for different reasons, just be “reasonable” and only seek legal counsel after all else fails.

To save you the time of watching the guy in the video saying in ten minutes what could have been said in two, he and his wife bought a new Georgetown motor home, big time water leak and mildew problems, and now a lawsuit. He doesn't give any indication of an ending.

It was a Georgetown, made by Forest River. I know that Forest River can be extremely difficult to deal with when it comes to warranty work.

No update as of yet on their channel. Curious to see how it all works out for them. Disappointing to say the least.

Between Chuckster talking about Phaeton and DW and I looking at new Phaetons just this week (No, not serious-like) I just typed what came into my head. I did go back and edit the post.
I like to watch the videos with this guy and his wife/daughter. I especially liked his segment on the off the beaten trail in the Dempster Highway. But he seems to work hard at trying to use 45 words when 15 will do nicely.

start talking to the higher ups in keystone. try to get the trailer back to keystone for them to actually look at it.

another option, be there when keystone rep is at dealer and talk to him.
last resort...sue.

and, I am one of the few who actually had their trailer replaced after 3 months of problems with my montana...it does work out sometimes.

I watched the you tube about the motorhome, Ok, he is seeking legal help I belive he said. He also said the vehicle is totaled. Ok, he said the maker will take it back and repair it. I guess it is not really totaled. Why did he not contact his insurance co. at that point? No mention of that at all. I have had vehicles totaled as I am sure others on here have also had and insurance paid me.

I guess we will not hear what are the details of the problems except, structural issues in the support beams? and repairs make it worse.

I would suspect that any "buyback that benefits the consumer" would be accompanied by a "NON-DISCLOSURE agreement" mandating that the consumer is not allowed to discuss the conditions of the transaction. In other words, chances are good that Keystone will make the owner sign an agreement not to discuss the settlement.
