It will help your cause to list all of your trailer specifics... update your signature to list year ,make and model of trailer...
Take a lot of pictures of water heater.. and of anything you have questions about .. do you have propane? Is your water heater gas valve switched on? ... pictures pictures pictures and as many details as you can think of will help the many members on here with experience to help

Welcome to the forum

I would go out to the water heater first and check if it has a manual lit pilot light. If it doesn’t then the most common place for the switch is in the monitor panel and sometimes all by its lonesome in the bathroom.

you are looking for something like this. You also have a 15 amp circuit breaker in the main breaker panel. If a Suburban WH, you will have an outside switch at the bottom left corner of the Heater. Attwood heater will not have one. Never turn on the WH with an empty water tank. Both my trailers had this mounted in the Kitchen along with the battery / water level gauge shown below it.

Yep. I will add that the ignighter light is the small dot between the two switches.

Uh, are saying you can't find how to turn it on or is it on but not heating the water?
