Can not get Garage speakers to turn off

When I go to my console and shut off the 3 rocker switches for the speakers I am not able to shut down garage speakers. Does anybody know where to start trouble shooting this at.

Sounds like the speakers are not connected to the correct input in the back of the radio. Look for some install paperwork for your unit online or in the paperwork they gave you if you bought it new and figure out how to pull the unit loose from the cabinet and check the connection in back. If you have three rocker switches for different sets of speaker, you should have inputs for each on the back of the unit.
Turning on all three rockers and pulling speaker wires one at a time should help you identify what are in use and then connecting the garage speakers to one of the unused rockers should solve your problem.
