Electric A Frame Jack Replacement Parts

2015 Cougar 26BHSWE. I have the 3500lb Elec. A Frame Jack. I would like to buy a replacement part for it. What I can tell its is distributed by Fastec Industrial (FIC). Their part number is FIC-3500-2. Seems to be made for them by another manufacturer. I contacted FIC at 1-800-837-2505...goes to voice mail. I left a message..no call back. Any idea who makes this jack?
