Idaho Falls to Jackson

Has anyone towed a trailer from Idaho Falls to Jackson? I rode it a few years ago on my Harley but can't remember if it's suitable for a trailer.

I use to live in Jackson, Roads are good I towed my 5er there last year went thru Alpine wy . easy towing otherwise if you went thru Drigg's ID you would have to go over Teton Pass which is very steep. I have seen a lot of vehicle brakes overheat coming down this pass. If you go around Thru Alpine you wont have this problem roads are good and scenery is great.

Sounds like good advice, I'll look up that route. Thanks!

We have taken that route with three different trailers, two different trucks. Nice scenic ride. Been both ways with no problems.

Blew my tranny to pieces going up Teton Pass. Sort of coasted back down into Jackson Hole for a new one.

Thank goodness for credit cards.
